Alice's leftovers

……trying to make sure that all leftovers are transformed in to something useful, I’ve been working on the scraps from the Alice in Wonderland quilt.  Triangles and strips, put together at random, quilted with close lines, and 4 appliqué hearts added.  Just needs blocking and binding.

  1. Lovely to see how the stitching adds a whole new dimension - that's what quilting is all about, isn't it?
I've been away from fabric for so long; away from the machine. And not sure about going back, too much going on and something's gotta go ... but seeing your quilt in the machine makes me want to do it too!
