    The shadows are amazing - but the curves created in the wood are as well! Is it steam bent? Was there any info about it's construction? did you see the other pavilion / buildings too?

    aha ... to answer my own question ... you DID see the summer houses!! Having seen your photos, I won't even bother taking my camera; sketchbook might come in handy, though.
