Off to be presented, after a bit of a disaster with dye running. Salvaged by using Synthrapol in a machine wash. I forgot to mention before that this quilt is double-sided. Lots of learning in this one.
And, I received a copy of the CQ@10 book this week and one of my A4 pieces is in it. REAlly exciting to see it in print.

Wow! How exciting!
ReplyDeleteCongratulations!
Hello - I've got the book! Which is yours??
ReplyDeleteAlso, and I know it would be a bit of a trek from London, I do recommend the exhibition by Six and Friends at Redditch. I managed to get there yesterday. It was really inspiring and the work is stunning.
Fantastic - love the quilt and the photo of the quiltlet (and no. 15 belongs to one of my course tutors!). Congratulations on the inclusion! Want to share how you managed to get the back and front of the quilt lined up so well? Any hints and tips welcome!
