Land of plenty - meat - vegetarians, go no further

It is a very long time since I have seen so immediately the realities of eating meat - butchered carcasses on display at the organic butcher in Oxford.

    Gulp'. I'm not interested in being a vegetarian but I do prefer my meat to look like meat and not an animal! Lisa agrees with the theory of veganism, but not 100% ... last night she cooked vegan for all 4 of us, so tonight she could eat meat (Ikea meatballs) and still feel ethically in credit!!!!! Got to love her logic
